I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at MIT. My research focuses on the intersection of welfare policy, finance, and inequality. In my dissertation, I study how and why the institutions through which people save differ across the wealthy democracies. My work has been generously supported by the Center of European Studies at Harvard University, the Horowitz Foundation for Social Policy, and the Law and Political Economy Project at the Harvard Law School.

I am a qualified lawyer. I hold an LL.M. from the London School of Economics as well as an LL.B. and B.A. (History) from Tel Aviv University.
